Business Development Specialist


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Actively searching and qualifying prospective clients according to the ideal profile

  • Reaching out to prospective clients via email and social media

  • Building and maintaining a prospect database

  • Creating, managing and optimising email campaigns

  • Analyzing prospective client’s business needs

  • Creating offer proposals and estimations

  • Managing email communication with prospective clients

  • Scheduling and conducting phone calls with prospective clients

  • Providing exceptional customer service

  • Working with online tools and services (CRM, email marketing etc.)

  • Monitoring results and reporting

  • Experience in managing the sales process, especially the initial stages, ideally in an international environment

  • Great customer service skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English (additional language is an asset)

  • Great organisational skills

  • Positive approach and can do attitude

  • Ambition and persistence - you love to learn and self-improve

  • Genuine interest in sales, technology and startups

  • Good knowledge of Google Docs

  • Experience in IT sector is an asset
