Recruitment Process

1. Introductory call with Monika

Phone call / Skype, 15-20min

We will schedule an introductory call to find out more about you and your story and also tell you a bit about our company and activities. At this stage we’d like to see what kind of person you are and how well would you fit in our team, projects, work style and culture.

2. Meeting with Lukasz

In-person / Skype, 30-60 min

It’s time to meet Lukasz, our CEO. Lukasz will tell you more about our vision, ambitions and culture and will ask you about your background, goals and expectations. Your personality and approach is equally important to us as your skills and experience therefore we’d want to make sure you will thrive in our work environment. Lukasz will also discuss formal matters.

3. Pair Programming with Przemek

In-person / Skype, 2h

If there will be a potential fit between us we will ask you to join the pair programming with Przemek, our CTO. Przemek will ask you about technical matters to get solid understanding of your tech skills and experience and then you will begin pair programming. This session will allow us to look at your work style, tools, programing and problem solving skills.

4. Offer

Once we’re confident that you’ll be a perfect teammate, we will make you an offer to join Sunscrapers.
