The first step is a interview with Martyna, our Talent & Payroll Manager. She will introduce Sunscrapers and the role for which you’re applying, verifying your technical skills and asking you questions to find out whether you’re a good match to our culture.
At home, c. 3h
We’ll ask you to create a specific functionality to test your skills and see how you approach solving problems. That’s your opportunity to show us how awesome you are! This stage lasts approximately 3 hours.
In-person/Hangouts, c. 1h
The next step is getting to know someone from our team. During this meeting, expect to talk about the test task in detail, as well as other relevant technical topics.
