We’re looking for IT Lead Generation Specialist who will join our team in Warsaw or remotely.

The recruitment process is smart and well organized - it tooks 2/3 steps - 1st. short Interview with Internal IT Recruiter (30 minutes), then home-task for 1-2 hours, and final step - Interview with Account Manager, CSO and CEO.

What's important for us?

At least 1 year experience in a similar role, alternatively very strong willingness to learn

Genuine interest in sales and software development

Very good command of English (especially written)

Great executive skills - ability to prioritize work, follow routines and meet deadlines

Outgoing personality with the ability to reach prospects and create compelling conversations with technical and non-technical people

Positive mindset and ‘can do' attitude

Previous experience in marketing is very welcome

Experience in using outreach tools, like CrunchBase, Builtwith, Seamless.ai, Lusha, Calendly. Hunter.io, Woodpecker, Hubspot or they alternatives is a plus

You will be responsible for...

Actively building and maintaining the database of potential clients based on the Ideal Client Profile

Cherry-picking the most interesting prospects who could be interested in IT engineers outsourcing, staffing or software development services

Initiating first contact with our prospects (mostly in writing)

Researching and gathering info about prospects

Meticulously maintain and manage all information in Hubspot CRM

Creating and managing email outreach campaigns

Reaching out to potential clients on social media

Identifying opportunities and bidding for projects on online marketplaces such as upwork.com

Close cooperation with our sales and marketing team

Provide weekly reports to management on leads and sales activity
