We’re looking for Inbound Sales Specialist who will join our team in Warsaw or remotely.

As Sunscrapers we want to create the largest community of the best Polish engineers, who will have easy access to interesting international projects carried out with clients from abroad.

At the moment we are looking for Inbound Sales Specialist to help our business grow.

What's important for us?

At least 6 months of experience on a similar position in the IT industry

Great organisational skills

Ambition and persistence - you love to learn and self-improve

Great communication and interpersonal skills

Genuine interest in sales, technology and startups

Good knowledge of Google Docs

Great command of English (at least B2)

You will be responsible for...

Qualifying and guiding inbound leads to becoming new customers

Identifying and addressing the needs of potential clients

Presenting candidates and setting up interviews

Collecting feedback and taking care of positive clients’ experience

Supporting prospects with all issues they may run into during the process

Close cooperation with recruitment and marketing teams

Monitoring results and reporting
