We’re looking for Marketing Manager to join our team in Warsaw

Last year, we launched a new website and saw a +721% growth YoY in the number of organic visitors. We published 63 blog posts and 2 ebooks. Our team members spoke at 13 international events. As a company, we grew by more than 60%.

But to keep on growing, we need your help.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who would coordinate all of our marketing processes, act as their owner and guardian, tie all the loose ends together, and proactively look for new growth channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Growth hacking/management
    • building and growing marketing funnels for key services - lead generation,
    • discovering and reinventing channels for reaching target groups,
    • cooperation with the sales team - understanding personas and searching for new target groups,
    • analysing customer trends & conducting marketing research,
    • competition analysis and constant search for differentiation.
  • Content marketing management
    • coordination of the publishing process,
    • acquiring content from external authors / or supporting this process,
    • company blog coordination,
    • managing partnerships with third-party media,
    • measuring content marketing activities,
    • discovering new content formats,
    • managing social media accounts.
  • Performance marketing management
    • measuring the performance of marketing activities based on leads acquisition,
    • analyzing website data to make data-driven decisions,
    • managing cooperation with external partners.
  • Marketing projects management
    • ability to coordinate and execute marketing projects from the concept to implementation,
    • managing cooperation with external partners,
    • planning, supervising, and optimising the marketing budget.
  • Stepping into the Product Owner role for our website
    • increasing traffic to leads conversion ratio - website optimisation,
    • cooperation with our designer, content strategist, project manager,
    • improving candidate experience at every touchpoint (pre-sales).


    What’s important for us?

  • Experience in B2B marketing, proven by results (min. 4+ years in a B2B marketing role),
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns for foreign markets (especially the US and UK),
  • Proactivity, discovery and experimentation with different formats and channels, searching for target groups (within the company growth strategy),
  • Data-driven decision making skills; ability to understand Google Analytics,
  • Focus on and lead generation,
  • Interest in the IT industry, startups, and new technologies,
  • Excellent organisational skills (tasks, schedules, tools), ability to work on multiple projects at the same time,
  • Hands-on approach - strong willingness to execute, instead of designing/sketching only,
  • Experience in inbound marketing,
  • Ability to present data fluently and clearly,
  • Interest in digital marketing trends,
  • Excellent command of English (C1).

    You will score extra points for:

  • Experience in B2B marketing in software development/IT industry,
  • Digital marketing certificates - eg. by DIMAQ, Google, Digital Marketing Institute,
  • Understanding of the Systematic Inventive Thinking methodology,
  • Understanding marketing automation,
  • Experience in autonomous planning and execution of B2B lead generation campaigns,
  • Experience in outbound marketing,
  • Experience in working with HubSpot.
