The first step is an interview with Martyna, our Talent & Payroll Manager. She will introduce Sunscrapers and the role for which you’re applying, verify your experience in project management and ask you some questions to find out whether you’d fit our culture.

Next up, we will ask you to complete a test assignment which takes up to few hours. It shows what your daily work at Sunscrapers will look like and whether you’re up to the task of helping us deliver amazing digital products!
In-person, c. 1h
Next, you’ll be talking to our Chief Operations Officer, Kamil. He will ask you some detailed questions about your experience to check your practical grasp of project management methodologies, understanding of the tech world, and knowledge of product development.
Once we’re sure that you’re a great fit for our team, we will make you an offer.
