Scrum articles

Scrum is an Agile framework for managing and completing complex projects. It is a methodology that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and iterative progress towards a well-defined goal.

The key elements of Scrum include:

  • A cross-functional team that includes all the roles and skills necessary to complete the project
  • A product backlog, is a prioritized list of features or requirements for the project
  • Sprints, which are time-boxed periods (usually 2-4 weeks) in which the team works to deliver a potentially releasable increment of the product
  • Daily Scrums, also called stand-up meetings, where the team members quickly check in to discuss progress and plan their work for the day
  • Sprint reviews and retrospectives, which are held at the end of each sprint to review the work done and plan for improvements in the next sprint. Scrum is widely used in software development but it can be applied to any kind of project, it's widely adopted in IT, product development, and creative projects.
